Port of Bergen is an inter-municipal company consisting of  the following municipalities; Askøy, Austrheim, Bergen, Fedje, Fjell, Lindås, Meland, Os, Radøy, Sund, Øygarden and Hordaland County Council. 

The company is run by a Port Council and a Port Management Committee
